LOCATION: Banchory, Aberdeenshire

CLIENT: Seamount Property Development

STATUS: Phase 1 complete August 2025.

DESCRIPTION:  A development of 4 buildings either for single or multi-occupany use.  One of the blocks was purpose built for Howdens who are currently undertaking fit out works. The final block, to be be occupied by Kwik-fit, is under construction for completion by the end of 2025.
