DESCRIPTION: Development of 31 new houses on the outskirts of Berwick-on-Tweed
Gilberts originally gained Planning consent for 24 detached houses in the north west outskirts of the historic town in 2007. Since then each plot and house type has been tailored individually to suit the purchasers, with many of the new owners downsizing from larger properties.
Many of the houses have bespoke timber clad summer houses which were offered by the developer as an optional extra. Work began on site in 2008 and has progressed gradually through the recession to achieve completion in 2018.
